When Herb was in the Army, stationed in Germany, around 1965 or 1966, he made a special trip home from Germany to surprise our Mom and Dad on their 25th anniversary. It was a special event. We had a party at my house for them with all our relatives invited. The highlight of the evening was surprising Mom and Dad with Herb's appearance.
