Obituary of Harley L Baker

Harley L. Baker, Jr., 66, of Upper Deerfield Township passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at his home under the care of his family and hospice. Born in Bridgeton, he was a lifetime Bridgeton area resident and was the son of Harley L. Baker, Sr. and the late Gazella Sabo Baker and the husband of Bonnie Holding Baker. Harley was a veteran and served his country in the United States Navy. Prior to his retirement in 2011, he had served as a Sergeant with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department for 33 years. An avid motorcyclist and traveler, he was a member of the Brothers in Blue Motorcycle Club. Most importantly, he deeply loved his family and his granddaughter, Savannah Jo. In addition to his wife, Bonnie and his father, Harley, Sr. he is survived by his two daughters, Heather Garrison (Andrew) of Stow Creek Township and Hillary Baker (Christopher Conrow) of Portland, Maine and his granddaughter, Savannah Jo Garrison. He was predeceased by a sister, Melody Lynn Baker. Private Memorial Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township at the convenience of the family
