Uncle John cared deeply for my mom, and he always attempted to share with her whenever he had the ability.
I remember talking with him about my mom (Del) and he said, "Son (in that deep heavy voice) I've tried sending money to your move every month, if I can." He has always been so giving.
Our prayers are with you all: "Peace Be with You and with your Sprit"

I have great memories of my phone conversations with Uncle John. Apparently he had a great childhood with several older siblings. My Dad, Virgil was 19 years old when John was born. Dad didn’t marry until he was 24 so he and my Aunt Mildred were like parents to John & his younger sister Margaret. Uncle John told me many stories of his adventures with my Dad. John’s sister, Ruth was 3 years older than him and was his protector as they grew up. She held his hand going to school and took care of the bullys. His other siblings adored him as well so he had to be one spoiled little boy. I’m very thankful to have developed a wonderful friendship with Rusty my Uncles son because of Facebook. He is a fine Christian man of faith just like many other Clarke cousins that I am blessed with. I know God is still honoring prayers prayed by our Preacher Grandfather and all of my cousins are Christians because laborers came across our paths.
Blessings to Rusty, Ricky & Robert along with their families during this time!
