Joan was our real estate agent in 1996 when she helped us find the wonderful home that we still live in. With her charm and caring heart, Joan became a family friend. Upon our housewarming day she attended ,gift in hand and tears of happiness in her eyes for she blessed us with a happy home and became a wonderful friend. Rest in Peace you darling angel.

My deepest condolences to Joan' family and friends. I was privileged to work on many real estate transactions with Joan. She was a tireless worker and was extremely competent and worked very diligently for the people she represented. Her unlimited energy served her well. She always treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect and professionalism. She will be missed by the many people she assisted for many years.

My first meeting of Joan was when she just received her Real Estate License. She was working at a small office in Bridgeton and I stopped in to pick up a key. My first impression was of looking at this red haired girl with tight braids in her hair and dressed like a fashion model. From that day on she and I became very close friends. She was willing to share anything that she had with all of her furry friends and even strangers. She even allowed me to have my daughter’s baby shower at her beautiful home and was very generous with helping and staying close with my daughter while she was active military. She loved every animal alive. She donated constantly to make their life’s better. We would travel to the casino once a month on our girls night out. Joe would laugh at us in the sunroom and tell us that we needed to leave the deed to our house’s home. We would always stop in Buena and share a dish of spinach and cheese ravioli. We laughed for hours and hours. I was honored to work with her for many years and share many real estate transactions with her. She worked very hard for her clients and would battle any element that may affect her client negatively. She feared nothing. She tried to hide all of her kindness, but I was fortunate enough to enjoy it. Rest in peace Joan . Know that you were loved by so many. Our memories I will always treasure. I love you my friend Mary Dean
