Harry L. Hall, 87, of Pittsgrove Twp. went home to be with the Lord and reunite with his wife, Louise on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Laurel Manor in Stratford. Born in Bridgeton on May 19, 1928, Harry was the devoted son of the late James L. Hall and Miriam (Cornelius) Hall. He was the beloved husband of the late Louise A. (Saggione) Hall, to whom he was married for 55 years. Harry was a graduate of the Bridgeton High School Class of 1946. A veteran of the United States Navy for 4 years, he served his country overseas during the Korean Conflict. He was employed by the N.J. Department of Labor beginning at the local Bridgeton Unemployment Office and served as manager. He also was the manager of the Salem and Atlantic City offices. He was transferred to the Assistant Commissioner of Labor in Trenton and worked as a Supervising Administrative Analyst until he retired in 1987. Harry was an active member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Bridgeton and served as a member of the Church Council, Usher and Greeter and also a Shepherd to various members of the congregation over the years. Harry leaves to cherish his memory his children, Gregory M. Hall and his wife Ivi (Jarve) of Upper Deerfield Twp., Louis J. Hall and his wife Sherry (Fox) of Vineland and Kellie J. Dusenko of Upper Deerfield Twp.; a son in law, Arwin (Bubi) Dusenko of Upper Deerfield Twp.; his sister, Blanche E. Davis and her husband, Norman (Shorty); a brother, James D. Hall and his wife Sally of Upper Deerfield Twp.; six grandchildren, Joshua J. Hall and his wife, Lesley of Elmer, Jaclyn B. Hall of Hopewell Twp., Michael A. Hall and his wife Becky of Vineland, Melissa A. Hall of Vineland, Alexander G. Dusenko of Upper Deerfield Twp. and Craig A. “Buddy” Dusenko of Upper Deerfield Twp.; two great-granddaughters, Holly and Katie Hall and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, Harry was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Susan L. Hall and two sisters, Florence A. Borden and Doris E. Amos. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family with interment being made at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. Funeral arrangements are under the direction the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Harry’s memory be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 35 Bank Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
