On behalf of the Carpinelli Family, it was extremely disheartening to discover Millie passed away without receiving notification from the family. Our families shared such a close relationship with her for decades. Every family event—birthday, sacraments, holidays, Millie celebrated with us, treated as a family member. Even though we were not related by blood, she was our *aunt*. Imagine our dismay about being unable to pay our last respects to a woman who was much-loved and cherished. We hope our beloved “Aunt Hi” is now resting in peace in Heaven, free from pain and suffering, and reunited with her loved ones--first husband, Bud Koerner, second husband Samuel Caltabiano, devoted sister Jean Vadurro, loving parents, Peter and Millie Vadurro and surrounded by all her fur-ever friends. Always in our hearts and never to be forgotten.

To Al Buck & all of Millie's family & friends,
I knew Millie as a 4-H Seeing Eye puppy raiser. She raised a yellow lab named Ilane in my club. Millie went on many "puppy trips" with the club over the years and helped with many club projects. She would take care of our pups in her home when we vacationed. I always knew they would be well cared for while we were away and a little spoiled when we returned. I remember one special time driving up to The Seeing Eye for Family Day when Millie & I talked & talked the entire 2 hour drive. We discovered that we had more in common than we knew. Despite our age difference, we were both born and raised in Camden and both graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. Imagine our surprise, since we met as club members in Cumberland County.
She was a special person and I feel privileged to have had her as a member of the 4-H Seeing Eye club.
I picture Millie in heaven surrounded by her late dogs and cats with a big smile.
With sympathy, Joan Maloney
