Obituary of Peggy Orange

Peggy Orange, 59, of Hopewell Twp. died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, September 17, 2015. Born in Columbus, GA to Kimiko Yajima Tozer and the late William Tozer, she was the wife of the late Vernon M. Orange. She had lived at her present address in Hopewell for the past five years and prior to that had resided in Quinton Twp. Peggy had been employed as a bookkeeper with the former Cumberland County Homemakers and Home Health Care in Millville for several years. In her free time, she enjoyed going to the casinos, playing cards and gardening and loved her pet cats. While growing up in a military family, Peggy always loved Hawaii. She was an avid fan of the Philadelphia sports teams. Surviving are her son, Christopher M. Orange of Hopewell Twp.; a granddaughter, Christina M. Orange of Pennsville; her mother, Kimiko Tozer of Hopewell Twp.; three siblings, Bill Tozer of Hopewell, Kathy A. Fox of Mannington and Steve Tozer of Hopewell; her father-in-law, Leslie D. Orange of Hopewell Twp.; her sister-in-law, Terry L. Orange of Hopewell Twp. and three nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lynda Adams and her mother-in-law, Lelia “Pearl” Orange. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Wednesday evening, September 23rd from 6 PM to 8 PM. Cremation will take place at Laurel Lawn Crematory in Upper Deerfield Twp.
