Wayne “Markey” Height, 24, of Fairfield Twp. died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 4, 2015. Wayne was born in Bridgeton to Wayne T. Byrd and the late Veronica Height. He had been a lifetime resident of the Bridgeton area. He had been employed as a machine operator with several area companies including Poor Boy Pallet Co. in Upper Deerfield Twp. and Fairfield Pallet Co. He had attended the Bridgeton Public Schools and in his free time enjoyed riding dirt bikes. In addition to his father, he is survived by his son, Wayne Averyn Height of Millville; his companion, Toni Parker of Millville; his paternal grandmother, Marie J. Byrd of Fairfield Twp. and six sisters. Funeral Services will be held at the Bridgeton Assembly of God, 424 Indian Ave., Bridgeton on Wednesday, July 15th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp.
