Obituary of Donald J. Feguson

Donald J. Ferguson, 55, of Longwood, FL and formerly of Upper Deerfield Twp. died unexpectedly on Friday, May 29, 2015 at South Seminole Hospital in Longwood. The son of Mary Irvin Ferguson of Millville and the late Thomas M. Ferguson, he was the husband of Elsa Yau Ferguson. He had lived in Florida for the past eight years and in Upper Deerfield Twp. prior to that. A veteran, he had served his country in the United States Army. Donald was a mechanic by trade and had worked for several companies including Wheaton Glass Company in Millville. An avid NASCAR fan, he enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing and Four Wheeling “Mudding”. In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by four children, Holly Yau, James Ferguson, Robert Ferguson and Corey Ferguson all of Vineland and eight sisters and brothers, Nancy Przygoda of MO, Lonnie Ferguson, Sr. of Bridgeton, David Ferguson of Millville, Brenda McLeod of OR, Joseph Ferguson of CA, Sheila Smith of Millville, Lee Ferguson of Millville and Theresa Turner of Millville. He was predeceased by two brothers, Larry Irvin and Thomas Ferguson. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, June 12th at 2 PM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 1 to 2 PM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Olivet Cemetery in Pittsgrove Twp.
