Michael Colaneri, 76, of Newport, died on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.
Born in Bridgeton to the late Nicholas Colaneri and Ann Donafio Colaneri, he was the husband of the late Ruth Lucas Colaneri. Michael had been a resident of Newport for most of his life.
Prior to his retirement he had been a truck driver for Gillespie Bros. Concrete in Vineland for 45 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Colaneri-Wallace of Newport; two brothers, John Colaneri of Fairton and Nick Colaneri of CA; a sister, Mary DeBellis; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Besides his wife Ruth, he was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 18th at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 160 Main Street, Cedarville from 2 PM to 3PM. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
