Obituary of Gloria E. Goode

Gloria Elaine Goode passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Thursday, February 26, 2015. She was predeceased by her loving husband, James Wilbur Goode in 1993. She is survived by; her sons, James (Lynne) of Deerfield Twp., Roy (Kathy) of Hopewell Twp. and Ricky (Theresa) of TN and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by two children, Ernest and Lorraine. Gloria was a caring and loyal friend to many. She was always willing to help her family, friends and all her pets. During WWII, she had worked in Mays Landing at the National Munition Works. Upon marriage in 1945, she lived in TN for 16 years. After moving back to the Elmer area, she worked at the Olivet School cafeteria for 25 years until her retirement. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place on March 5th at the Centerton Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Pittsgrove Twp. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gloria's memory to the Cumberland County SPCA, 1244 N. Delsea Dr., Vineland, NJ 08360.
