Bernadine M. Gilliard, 81, of Stow Creek Twp. died on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at her home. Born in Birdsboro, PA to the late Samuel Kelly and Katherine Siedel Kelly, she was the wife of the late Louis W. Gilliard. She had lived in Stow Creek Twp. for the past 35 years and before that had resided in Gloucester City. Bernadine was a homemaker and a member of Quinton Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Louis W. Gilliard, Jr. and his wife Margy of Millville; a brother, Sam Kelly; three sisters, Hazel, Kate and Ronnie; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons, Thomas, Danny and Sammy Gilliard, five sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Monday February 23rd at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
