Obituary of Zell Ford

Zell Ford, 76, of Upper Deerfield Twp. died Monday, January 26, 2015 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Cosby, TN she was the wife of Ben L. Ford and the daughter of the late Scott O. Shults and Lennie Philips Shults. She had been an Upper Deerfield Twp. resident since the age of nine. Before her retirement, Zell had been employed with Seabrook Farms in Upper Deerfield Twp. in both the operations office and the employee cafeteria. In addition to her husband Ben, she is survived by her four children, Sharon Whitaker of Shiloh, Sandra Hackett of Sharptown and Ben Ford, Jr., and David Ford both of Upper Deerfield Twp.; four brothers, Robert, Calvin and Gary Shults all of Upper Deerfield Twp. and David Shults of FL; two sisters, Linda Sooy of Upper Deerfield Twp. and Darlene Bruce of Vineland along with 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers, Clinton and Carroll Shults and a sister, Irene Gilligan. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 2nd at 11 AM at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services. Burial will take place at Centerton Free Will Baptist Cemetery in Pittsgrove Twp.
