Lashera Denise Bowser, 23, died on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia following an extended illness. She was born in Port Norris to Michael Walker and Lurena Bowser. Lashera was raised in Port Norris and moved to Millville in 2000 where she lived for the rest of her life. Lashera enjoyed doing hair for friends and family. She loved to spend time with her children. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Norris. Lashera always took the time to enjoy life with her friends and lived life to the fullest. She is survived by; her mother, Lurena Bowser of Millville; her father, Michael Walker of FL; her children, Krist’iana Grisman and Ja’yauni Bowser; her brothers, Khiry Walker of Millville and Michael Walker of FL; her grandmothers, Marie Walker of FL and Julia Bowser of Vineland; her cousin, Tyrine Askins; her best friends, Ebony Green and Louise Gross and a host of Aunts, Uncles and other family members. She was preceded in death by; four uncles, Willy Bowser, Ronnie Bowser, Leroy Askins and Joseph Askins and two aunts, Meridia Downey and Fayeanne Bowser. Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, Memorial Ave. in Port Norris on Friday, December 12th at 12 Noon. Interment will take place at Halleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp.
