Mary M. Ellis, 97, of Upper Deerfield Twp. died on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp. She was the wife of the late Raymond I. Ellis and the mother of Raymond H. Ellis (Diane) of Milford, DE, Charlotte A. Sheldon (Robert) of Upper Deerfield and the late Margaret L. McNulty.
