Obituary of Sheridan Wands

Sheridan Wands, Jr., 73, of Cedarville died Friday, June 27, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Cedarville and a lifetime Lawrence Township resident, he was the son of the late Sheridan Wands, Sr. and Helen Mullen Wands and was the husband of Barbara Sheeley Sparks. Prior to his retirement, Sheridan had been employed for 38 years with the Wheaton Glass Company in Millville. He greatly loved his grandchildren and enjoyed both hunting and fishing. In addition to his wife, Barbara, he is survived by three sons, James Sheeley of Salem and Sheridan R. Wands, Sr. and Joseph A. Wands both of Commercial Township; a sister, Merry L. August of Cedarville; a brother, Phillip Wands of Commercial Township and six grandchildren, Taylor Anne, Adam, Sheridan, David, Grayson and Kourtney. He was predeceased by two sisters, Nancy Clehm and Bonnie Paynter. Private funeral services were held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Cedarville. Burial took place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedarville.
