Obituary of Richard Manning

Rev. Dr. Richard Manning, 45, of Millville died at Inspira Regional Medical Center in Vineland on Saturday, May 31, 2014 following an extended illness. Born in Kingston, Jamaica to Leslie Manning and Juliet Morgan, he was the husband of Rev. Nadine Nicholas Manning. He had been a Millville resident for the past 10 years and prior to that had resided in Wildwood and Clarendon, Jamaica respectively. Rev. Dr. Manning had served as the co-pastor of the Prophetic in Warfare Deliverance and Worship Center in Millville with his wife Nadine. He had also worked at the Vineland Developmental Center for 10 years. In his leisure time, Richard enjoyed gardening and spending time with his wife and family. He spent a great deal of time studying the word of God and praying. He was known to encourage others in their faith in the Lord. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, triplets, Abigail, Aaron and Nathaniel Manning and a son, Joshua Manning; his father, Leslie Manning of GA; his mother, Juliet Morgan of Jamaica; six brothers, two sisters and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Oswald and Dorothy Nicholas. He was preceded in death by a sister. Funeral services will be held at Christ Like Ministries, 1520 S. Orchard Rd. in Vineland on Friday, June 13th at 11:30 AM. Interment will take place at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 10 AM to 11:30 AM prior to the services.
