Obituary of Anne Watson

Anne Watson, 87, of Bridgeton died on Sunday morning, May 11, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center-Elmer surrounded by her family. Born in Malaga, she was the daughter of the late Louis Scavelli and Philomena Gallucci Scavelli. She had been a Vineland area resident most of her life, but prior to that had lived in Malaga. Before to her retirement in 1989, Anne had been employed with the Owens Illinois Glass Co. in Vineland for over 27 years. She was a former member of the Trinity Bible Church in Vineland where she was in the church choir and was also a member of the Newfield Seniors Group. She is survived by three daughters, Brenda of Philadelphia, PA, Cynthia Fithian of Bridgeton and Elizabeth Pacifico of Hopewell Twp.; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marilyn Watson; five brothers, Frank, Joseph, John, Peter and James Scavelli; two sisters, Anita Ruth Lucas and Eunice Masek and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, May 16th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Siloam Cemetery in Vineland. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6 PM to 8 PM and on Friday morning from 10 AM to 11 AM at the funeral home.
