Obituary of Stephen R. Hamidy

Stephen R. Hamidy, 29, of Hopewell Township died unexpectedly Thursday, May 1, 2014 at his home. Born in Bridgeton on August 17, 1984 he was the son of Ronnie Allison of Vineland and Janice Hamidy Allison of Hopewell Township. He was the husband of Holly L. Gilliard of Bridgeton and was a lifetime Bridgeton area resident. Stephen was a self employed contractor working in this area and in Sea Isle City. In addition to his wife, mother and father, he is survived by three daughters, Brooke, Paige and Leigha Hamidy all of Bridgeton; two brothers, Matthew Allison and Walter Allison, Jr. both of Bridgeton; a sister, Christina Allison of Bridgeton; stepfather, Walter Allison of Hopewell Township; paternal grandmother, Christine Humphreys, 7 nieces and nephews and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Joseph Hamidy and Kathleen Burris; paternal grandfather, Robert Humphreys and two nieces, Daphenie Alynn and Christy Nichole. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Wednesday, May 7th at 3 PM.
