Obituary of George S. Harold

George S. Harold, 62, of Spring Hill, FL and Port Norris, died Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden. Born in Zlin, Czech Republic, on April 24, 1951 he was the son of Helena Peter Harold of Florida and the late Frank L. Harold. He lived in both Florida and Port Norris at different times during the year since 1985. He was an artist by profession and also had previously worked as an engineering technician at Wheaton Glass Company. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Monica Harold-Simpson of Clayton; a brother, Redd Harold of Ocean View and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Michele Govan in April of 2013. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, March 18th from 11 AM to 12 Noon at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp.
