Obituary of Elsie Loveland

Born in Friesburg to the late Willard and Hermina Smith, she was the wife of the late John H. Loveland. She had been a resident of Millville since 2009 prior to that she had lived in Hopewell Twp. Before to her retirement in 1981, she had been employed with Seabrook Farms for over 35 years. She is survived by two brothers, Kenneth Smith of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Joseph Myron Smith of Vineland; eight sisters, Thelma Delbaugh of Bridgeton, Alice Peterson of Hopewell Twp., Laura Davis of Millville, Barbara Weber of Hopewell Twp., Jean Ware of Daretown, Patricia Johnson of Hopewell Twp. Pricilla Lawrence of Hopewell Twp. and Darlene Shimp of Hopewell Twp. Besides her husband John, she was preceded in death by a brother, Willard "Bud" Smith, Jr. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, of Upper Deerfield Twp. on Tuesday, March 4th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services.
