Obituary of Wendy N. Yearicks

Wendy N. Yearicks, 57, of Upper Deerfield Twp. died unexpectedly at Inspira Regional Medical Center in Vineland on Saturday, January 18, 2014 following an extended illness. Born in Bridgeton on April 8, 1956 to the late George D. Nardelli, Jr. and Etta Bacon Nardelli; she was the wife of Mark Yearicks. She had been a resident of the Bridgeton area all of her life. Prior to her retirement due to health concerns, Wendy had worked as the office manager for Scott Fishman Podiatry in Bridgeton. She had also worked as an LPN at the Bridgeton Nursing Center, Bishop McCarthy Nursing Center and several other healthcare facilities throughout the county. She was a member of the West Park United Methodist Church in Hopewell Twp. Wendy was an avid bird and wildlife watcher who took pleasure in raising and taking care of her family. She would always go out of her way to help those in need whether she liked them of not. Besides her husband, she is survived by; a daughter, Amy Ohono and her husband Michael "Zeke" of Deerfield Twp. and her siblings, George D. Nardelli, III and his wife Linda of Upper Deerfield Twp., Chuck Nardelli and his wife Gail of Hopewell Twp. and Toni Gentile and her husband Fred of Hopewell Twp. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp., on Friday January 24th at 12 Noon. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Wendy's memory to any Susquehanna Bank Branch care of Amy Ohono to help offset funeral expenses.
