Obituary of Betty A. Stidham

Betty A Stidham, 73, of Alloway, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 1011, in Lourdes Medical Center, Willingboro, after a short illness. She had been a patient at the hospital for 7 weeks. The wife of Herman Stidham, she was born in Camden and was the daughter of the late Edward C. Hilbert and Margaret Applegate Hilbert. She had lived in Alloway for the past 5 years and prior to that had been a resident of Elmer. Betty loved to serf fish. She and her husband Herman had been married for 51 years. Besides her husband, survivors include: one son, Herman Stidham, Jr., Alloway; two daughters, Sandra Lumburg, Colorado Springs, Colo. And Margaret Myers, Georgia; one brother, Edward Hilbert, Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Doris Podosek, Florida and Loretta Runyon, Cape May and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway, 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Thursday morning, Dec. 8, at 11:00 O'clock. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday morning between 10:00 and 11:00 O'clock, prior to the services at the funeral home.
