Obituary of Mary Gosbin

The daughter of the late Benjamin Dimeo and Philemena Rode Dimeo, she was born in Bridgeton on January 4, 1917 and was the wife of the late Charles H. Gosbin, Sr. She had lived at her present address for three and a half years and in Bridgeton prior to that. A graduate of the Bridgeton High School Class of 1934, she had been employed at Dimeo's Market in Bridgeton for several years. Mrs. Gosbin was a member of the Parish of the Holy Cross-Immaculate Conception Church and was a member of the first graduating class of Immaculate Conception School. She is survived by her son, Charles H. Gosbin, Jr. and his wife Sherry of Upper Deerfield Twp.; her daughter, Rosemary Puccio of Pittsgrove, 4 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Dominick Dimeo, two sisters, Rose Fralinger and Josephine Monarca, a grandson, James Puccio and a granddaughter, Denise Gosbin. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, August 2nd at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Bridgeton.
