Obituary of Barbara J. Goldsborough

Born in Bridgeton on August 17, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Ira Goldsborough and Delores Williams Goldsborough. She had lived at her current address in FL with her son, Keith for the past two years. Prior to that she had been a lifetime resident of Bridgeton. Before her retirement in 2009, Barbara had been employed with Wheaton Glass in Millville for 35 years. She loved playing bingo, pinochle and poker. She was a music lover, especially Smokey Robinson. Barbara lived for her grandchildren who were her heart. She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Keith (Vera) Goldsborough of Orlando, FL; a granddaughter, Tiffany S. Goldsborough; two great-grandsons Dominique D. and Demetrius D. Goldsborough of Orlando, FL; a brother, Willard "Spider" Goldsborough of Candor, NC; three sisters-in-law, Kate, Yvonne and Ida B. Goldsborough and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Willard; her lifelong companion, John Fitchett; six brothers, Ira Maxwell, Donald, Lawrence, Chester, Harvey and Richard; four sisters, Rabena, Delores, Veronica, and Betty and two sisters-in-law, Thelma and Lottie. Funeral Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Monday, July 8th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
