Obituary of Tyrone W. Byrd

Tyrone W. Byrd, 38, of Bridgeton, died suddenly on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Born in Bridgeton on August 7, 1974, he was the son of Deborah Brown Allen of Vineland and the late Glenn Allen. He was raised in Bridgeton and then moved to Bensalem, PA. He returned to the Bridgeton area in 2001. Tyrone had been employed by Lilliston Chrysler in Millville and Durrand Glass Co. in Millville. He had also worked previously at Walmart in Vineland. Tyrone enjoyed listening to music, fishing and watching sports on television especially the New York Giants and Chicago Bulls. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Derrick Byrd and his wife Farrah of Vineland; three sisters, Lushawn Austin of SC, Kim Austin of Albany, NY and Monashia Dawkins of SC; two daughters, Tianna Sabatino and Kaliyah Byrd; his grandmother, Mula Brown of Bridgeton and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Valine Brown. Funeral Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Monday, June 24th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Fordville Memorial Park in Fairfield Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
