Lottie Goldsborough, 83, of Bridgeton departed this life on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Eagleview Center in Pittsgrove following a brief illness. Born in Pelion, SC, on June 9, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Nelson Thompson and Annabelle Jacobs Thompson and the wife of the late Donald H. Goldsborough. Prior to her retirement she had been employed with the former DeSantis Dress Company in Bridgeton. Lottie was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church in Bridgeton and enjoyed being with her family and going on outings with them along with the company of her grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Rev. Douglas Goldsborough (Joann) of Lawnside; her three daughters, Phyllis Bryant (Thomas) and Agnes Mason of Bridgeton and Betty Nutter of Port Norris; a sister, Yvonne Elizabeth Wisher of Bridgeton, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by two sons, Donald and Roger Goldsborough. Funeral services will be held at John Wesley United Methodist Church, 90 Rev. Matthew Brown Way, Bridgeton, on Tuesday, May 21st at 1 PM. Friends will be received from 11 AM to 1 PM prior to the services at the church. Burial will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp.
