Michele C. (Harold) Govan, 35, went home to be with the Lord with her family by her side, on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Vineland, NJ on September 20, 1977, she was the daughter of George Harold & Debra (Armstrong) Heggan. She was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Millville Senior High School in 1995. She started working in 1997 at Taco Bell, and through hard-work and dedication, became the manager of the Deptford, Taco Bell in 2006. Michele loved spending time at the beach with her family. She and her husband especially loved creating family memories through attending various sporting events. Being a devoted, loving mother of her three children and wife to her husband Joseph of fourteen years was the most important thing in her life. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Joseph A. Govan of Vineland; three children, DeJae, Joseph Jr. and Jayden; sister, Monica Simpson of Clayton; and nieces, Myra & Callie; and nephew, Devin. Funeral services will be held at the Padgett Funeral Home, Upper Deerfield Township on Friday, May 3rd at 11 AM. Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM prior to services. Burial will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Township. Contributions are appreciated and can be made to Michele's family.
