Born in Burkesville, VA to the late Joe Randolf and Alice Burkes Randolf, she was the wife of Irving Hatch, Sr. Martha had been a lifetime resident of Bridgeton. Prior to her retirement she had worked as a caregiver at the Vineland Developmental Center for 16 years. She loved to travel, eat out and entertain family and friends. She enjoyed discussing God's word, the Holy Bible and endeavored to live by it. In addition to her husband, Irving, she is survived by three sons, Melvin Hatch of Teaneck, Edward Hatch and his wife Patricia of Bridgeton, and Irving Hatch, Jr. of Bridgeton; a daughter, Alice Downing of Bridgeton; a grandson, Ed Hatch, Jr. of Bridgeton; four nieces, Lisa Bryant, Valerie Hatch, Tonya Hatch and Juanita Downing; two nephews, James Downing and Michael Fortune and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at the PADGETT FUENRAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Tuesday, April 16th at 1 PM. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 12 Noon to 1 PM prior to the services.
