Obituary of Guadalupe Cruz Alavez

Guadalupe Cruz Alavez, 49, of Bridgeton, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden. Born in San Miguel Aloapam, Oaxaca, Mexico to Agustin Cruz and the late Reyna Alavez and was the husband to Alejandra Cruz Cruz for the past 17 years. Guadalupe had been a resident of NJ for over 20 years and had most recently been employed by TBI Unlimited LLC for the past five years where he was a landscaper. Prior to that he worked for a local construction company. He loved to spend time with his children and his family. He is survived by; wife, Alejandra Cruz Cruz; children, Jimena Cruz Cruz and Cristian Cruz Cruz; father, Agustin Cruz; siblings, Lino Cruz and Rufina Cruz; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by; mother, Reyna Alavez. A Mass will be held on Friday, December 13th, at the Parish of the Holy Cross Immaculate Conception Church, 312 N. Pearl St., in Bridgeton at 10 AM. Friends will be received at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp., on Wednesday, December 12th from 6 PM to 8PM.
