Prophetess Andrea King-Cottman 58, of Millville, NJ was born in Camden, NJ on March 4, 1966 to the late Lillie Mae Harper and Charles Berry Sr. and she went home to be with the Lord on May 8, 2024.
Andrea graduated from Millville High school in 1985. She furthered her education at Jameson Christian College, where she received two Bachelor's degrees in Theology. She did not stop there, she also received her Master's of Theology in 2016 at International Christian University. She was
employed at Elwyn group home of Weymouth Township from 1994-2013. Andrea served as a Prophetess at Faith Outreach Deliverance Church under the leadership of Apostle Roma D. Allen Sr. and Pastor Lillian Allen. She loved to travel and has done mission trips to Ghana, West Africa and took many trips to the Caribbean. She was married to Jeron King in 1999 until his death in 2013. From the union came Adrian King, Devon King, Takoah King and two bonus children Faren King and Jeron King Jr(deceased). She found love again and married Barry Cottman in June 2021.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories; to her husband, Barry Cottman of Millville, NJ; children, Adrian (Michelle) King of Boston, MA, Devon (ShiAnn) King, Takoah King both of Millville, NJ, MichelleCottman of Vineland, NJ, Barry Lionel Cottman, Derrick Cottman, Akeem Cottman all of Millville, NJ; siblings, Tracey (Marc) Wilson of Newark, Delaware, Steven (Lisa) Berry, Cristal Harper both of Millville, NJ, Tamika Berry of North Carolina, Leslie Daniels of Camden, NJ, Min. James Hull, Spencer Cottman Jr, Vernetta Pamsey, Deanna Scarbrough, Darryl Cottman Sr, Selina Randolph, Juanita Cottman all of Millville, NJ; mother in-law, Vernetta Cottman of Millville, NJ; grandchildren, Makai King, Elise King, Trinity Muse-King of Boston, MA; god-daughter, Aaliyah Ellis of Millville, NJ; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Andrea is preceded in death by; her parents, Lillie Mae Harper and Charles Berry Sr.; her brother, Charles Daniels; and grandson, Khalil King.
Funeral services will be held at the Faith Outreach Deliverance Church, 100 S. Pine St. Bridgeton, on Saturday, May 18th at 11AM. Friends will be received at the church from 9AM to 11 AM prior to the service. Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Twp. following the service.
