Please share a memory of Jacqueline to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jacqueline "Jackie" Lois Mixner, nee Abraham, 62, was called to her eternal home on April 1, 2024, after a life marked by faith, love, and dedication to her family. Born on August 1, 1961, in Camden, NJ, Jackie's journey was one of unwavering commitment to the values she held dear. A beacon of humility and kindness, Jackie was a faithful servant of the Lord, worshiping at Fairton Christian Center, where she found solace and strength in her faith. Her life was a testament to her respect for all of creation, as she nurtured and guided her loved ones with a gentle, yet steadfast hand. Jackie's legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, Charles W Mixner Sr.; her loving children, Lisa A White (Matthew), Jean Seward (Paul), and Charles W Mixner Jr. (Brenda); her cherished siblings, Paul "Bud" Woodfall, Margaret "Peg" Grogan, Terry (Abraham) Ridgway, and Larry Abraham; and her adored grandchildren, Paige, Logan, Pauly, Arianna, Gavin, and Collin, along with many nieces and nephews. She now joins in Heaven her brother Charles R Woodfall, her father Charles A Abraham, and her mother Margaret Lenard. Her career as a Co-Owner of A & J Canvas Co., Inc. was marked not just by over four decades of hard work, but by the countless relationships she built and the integrity with which she approached every task. Jackie's retirement in April 2022 was a celebration of her accomplishments and the impact she had on those around her. Jackie's life was filled with joyous moments. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, who were her whole world. She also looked forward to the thrill of casino trips and the camaraderie of games, where she shone with competitive spirit. Her beloved and precious pups, Peaches and Princess, brought her joy every day. Her part-time acting brought stories to life, and her presence was a gift at every family gathering. The Mixner family expresses deep gratitude for the love and support received during this time. Funeral services will be held at the Fairton Christian Center, 199 Fairton Millville Rd., Fairfield Twp. on Tuesday, April 9 at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11AM, prior to the service. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. following the service. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral homes website www.padgettfuneralhomes.com. The Padgett Funeral Home in Upper Deerfield Twp., NJ, is providing compassionate care and guidance to the family during this sacred time of transition. Jackie's light will continue to shine in the hearts of those she touched, and her spirit will be felt in every act of kindness they bestow. Lovingly Submitted by the Family
