RONNIE WOODS 54, OF NEWFIELD, NJ PASSED AWAY ON SUNDAY, MARCH 10, 2024 AT INSPIRA MEDICAL CENTER IN VINELAND.
RONNIE WAS BORN AND RAISED IN BRIDGETON AND ATTENDED BRIDGETON PUBLIC SCHOOLS. HE GRADUATED FROM BRIDGETON HIGH SCHOOL IN 1988. HE WAS A STAR FOOTBALL PLAYER AND ALSO PLAYED BASEBALL WHILE IN SCHOOL. HIS LOVE FOR FOOTBALL CONTINUED THROUGHOUT HIS ENTIRE LIFE, WHETHER HE WAS CHEERING ON HIS BELOVED PHILADELPHIA EAGLES OR TRASH TALKING ALL THE OTHER
TEAMS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
RONNIE'S LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY EXTENDED TO ALL ASPECTS OF HIS EVERY DAY LIFE. WHETHER IT WAS PLAYING WITH HIS DOGS BEFORE WORK, TALKING TO HIS CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN ABOUT LIFE OR EVEN STOPPING TO CHECK IN WITH HIS SISTERS BEFORE HEADING TO WORK. RONNIE WAS TRULY A FAMILY ORIENTED MAN.
IN HIS SPARE TIME, BEING WITH HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS WAS ALWAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO HIM; WHETHER IT WAS HIS FIANCÉ, LOUISE, HIS CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN, FAMILY OR HIS BEST FRIENDS ADRAIN MCGRIFF AND KENNY KING. BEING WITH THE PEOPLE HE CARED AND LOVED THE MOST WAS IMPORTANT TO HIM. AS WELL AS HIS OTHER CLOSE FRIENDS LANCE HALL JR., BRAIN STUBBS, AND CHARLIE WYNDER.
RONNIE WAS A HARD WORKER AND ALWAYS BELIEVED IN DOING HIS BEST, EVEN WHEN HE WORKED AT BROTHERS AND SONS FOR 10 YEARS AND HIS PREVIOUS JOB OF 13 YEARS AT ARDAGH GROUP, WHERE HE WAS LOVED BY MANY. RONNIE HAD A HEART OF GOLD AND WAS LOVED BY EVERYONE HE CAME IN CONTACT WITH. HE'D TRY AND HELP EVERYONE NO MATTER WHAT IT WAS AND HE WAS GENUINELY AN AMAZING, LOVING AND CARING MAN. HE WAS THE KINDEST, SWEETEST AND MOST HUMBLE MAN THAT WE HAVE ALL KNOWN. A DAY WILL NOT GO BY THAT HE WILL NOT BE SORROW FULLY MISSED. RONNIE WILL FOREVER BE IN OUR HEARTS AND JUST LIKE THE EAGLES HE WILL ALWAYS FLY HIGH.
