My deep condolences to Ron and extended family members on Judy’s passing. A long-time Downe Twp. resident who made her mark consistently with her involvement in local activities. Always a kind and friendly face. May God bring you comfort. Respectfully, Jill L Ransom

I knew Judy to always have a smile and a kind word to say. Judy was up-beat and full of life for everyone she know. God and husband come first, then friends and family. She is resting in the Lord and more alive then we who are still on earth.

As I sit here alone trying to acclimate myself to the fact that Judy Loper has left this world hundreds of memories of Judy swirl through my mind. Memories of when I first met her when our husbands were members of the County Firemen’s Association never dreaming we would be closely associated for years as United States Postmasters. She was always present at training sessions and she shared Denise with me when I was PM at Fairton PO. Judy was a loving, caring person. And first on her list was Ron. If I saw Judy out of the office I would see Ron. They were a team. She loved Denise and her family as though they were her own. After retirement I would occasionally see “the team” at the Maurice River Diner. Grieving is for the living. Judy is resting now waiting for the Grand Awakening when she moves into her new home that Jesus has prepared for her. Tears are for our sadness, JOY is for her!
