Obituary of Vera W. Lemmerman

Vera W. Lemmerman, 85, of Millville passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton to the late Edgar S. Wolbert and Dorothy Ireland Wolbert, she was a resident of Millville since 2004. Before that she had previously resided in Fairton. Prior to her retirement, Vera had worked at Ames, Bradley's and King's Department Stores and in her younger years, she had been employed at the Cumberland County Court House. In her free time, she enjoyed taking bus trips to the casinos in Atlantic City where she would play the slot machines. She also loved playing bingo and most of all spending quality time with her family. Vera was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. She is survived by; two daughters, Deborah Clendaniel (Thomas) of Millville and Dorothy Boughton (Ronald) of York Springs, PA; four grandchildren, Daniel (Diane) Boughton, Heather Boughton, Jessica Boughton and Thomas (Amy) Clendaniel, Jr., eight great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Wolbert, Robert Wolbert, Melvin Wolbert and Suzanne Vesci. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Tuesday, July 11th at 11 AM.
