Obituary of Thomas Joseph Leary

Thomas J. Leary, 79, of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the The Grove at Cherry Hill. Thomas was born to and raised by the late James Leary and Anne Brown Leary in Philadelphia. He had also resided in Pine Hill for over 30 years and was the husband to the late Edna Humes Leary. Thomas worked in the warehouse at General Electric in Philadelphia for over 20 years. Thomas loved to listen to music, especially Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole and doing crossword puzzles in his spare time. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with and talking about his grandchildren. Thomas is survived by; his two daughters, Sherry and Kathleen Leary of Buena; and four grandchildren, Nicholas, Erin, Emily, and Mason. He was preceded in death by; his parents, James and Anne Leary; his wife, Edna Leary and three brothers, Joseph Leary, Jerry Leary, and Jimmy Leary.
