Obituary of Melissa Mary Gloria Thomas

Melissa Mary Gloria Thomas, 39 of Elmer, New Jersey passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023. She was born on March 24, 1984 to father, Gregory Thomas and mother, Margaret Ann Thomas (deceased). Melissa worked as a Medical Coding and Billing Specialist for over 13 years. Melissa enjoyed makeup artistry and music. Melissa was bilingual and enjoyed conversing in Spanish. Melissa enjoyed traveling with family, especially A’mya. Melissa was a loving, giving person always providing a helping hand. Melissa is survived by daughter, A’mya Clyburn ; sister, Chanelle Thomas; 2 Uncles, Toussant (Sheree) and James Williamson; Aunt, Colette Jackson; 2 nieces, Zyra Thomas, and Keena Holmes; First Cousins- Toussant Williamson II, Carwell and Theisman Montgomery, and Christopher Williamson, Valshanay Williamson, Regina Maria Jackson, and Kayla Williamson; and Second Cousins- Aubrey Montgomery, Jacoby Montgomery, Theisman Montgomery, Jr., Toussant Williamson III, Kartiare Williamson, and Cameron Williamson. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Padgett Funeral Home, 1107 Highway 77, Bridgeton, New Jersey at 12:30 PM. Friends will be received from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM prior to the service. Burial of cremated remains will follow the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bridgeton.
