John, I was saddened when Ann told me about Karl. While I did not get to know him as well as I wish, the times that we were together I could see his goodness, As his brother, I know that you will miss him dearly.
I have lost all of my siblings, so I know that their passing creates a void and sad memories. For me, as time passed, the good memories far outweighed the sad ones. I can only hope that your good memories of Karl rise to surface to comfort you.
If you ever want to talk, you know how to reach Ann and I. We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks, so I can express my thoughts in person.
Until then, may God grant you peace as he sits next to Karl and all those that we love who have moved on.
