Albert “Sonny” Hewes Uhland Jr., passed away on March 26th, 2023 at the age of 93. He passed peacefully in his beloved home in Upper Deerfield, New Jersey. He was born in that same home August 6th, 1929 to Albert and Marie Uhland.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Anna; his sons, Gary(Linda) Uhland, Greg (Regina) Uhland, and Scott (Angela) Uhland; as well as eight grandchildren, Morgan, Brittney, Alexis, Alan, Gary II, Catherine, Sara, and Lucia. Albert will be remembered for his optimism, uplifting attitude, and perseverance. Albert loved his family, Philadelphia sports, birdwatching, his dogs and “Big Johns Pizza”. He will be deeply missed and always loved for the incredible example he set for us all.
