William L. Bartley, 43 of Elmer NJ, passed away on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at his home.
He was the son of Eugene Bartley and Jo Anne Smith Bartley. He lived in Elmer for the past eight years and prior to that he lived in Vineland.
William had been employed as a bartender by trade and worked at the East Vineland Tavern.
He enjoyed collecting knives as a hobby, tinkering with cars, kayaking and fishing.
He is survived by his parents Eugene and Jo Anne Bartley. He was preceded in death by his brother Eugene B. Bartley Sr.
