Obituary of Barbara Jane Cole

Barbara Jane Cole, 65, of Millville passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023 at her home. Born in Millville to the late Max Schulz and Marie Murphy Schulz, she was the wife of the late Vernon Willie Cole. She was a resident of Millville all of her life. Prior to her retirement, Barbara had been employed at the Vineland and Woodbine Developmental Centers for over 29 years. She loved her clients and they loved her. Barbara also greatly enjoyed going on fishing trips with her late husband, Vernon. In her younger years, she had been an avid bicyclist. She loved tovisit the shore and be anywhere near water. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by; her sisters, Ann Campbell of Fairfield Twp., Rose Pierce of FL and Bonnie Lowers of Vineland and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by; her husband, Vernon Willie Cole and seven siblings, Irene, Edith, George, Bobby, Paul and Mary.
