Alphonse Tvaryanas, Jr. 79, of Greenwich passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.
Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Alphonse Tvaryanas, Sr. and Rose Smarajack Tvaryanas, he was the husband of Grace Desopo Tvaryanas. Alphonse had been a resident of Greenwich for the past 10 years and prior to that he had been a resident of Jackson for over 30 years.
Prior to this retirement, Alphonse had been employed by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority in the Maintenance Department for around 10 years. He had been previously employed as a graphic artist and as an elementary school teacher. In his free time, Alphonse enjoyed painting, drawing and collecting antiques.
He is survived by; his wife, Grace Tvaryanas of Greenwich; his son, Damon Tvaryanas of Westampton and his brother, Anthony Tvaryanas of PA.
