Obituary of Patricia J. Gravely

Patricia J. Gravely, 86, of Millville and formerly of Fairfield Township passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Genesis-Millville Center. Born in Johnstown, PA she was the daughter of the late Clinton Glass and Corinne Penrod Glass and the wife of the late Lester Gravely. She had been a Millville resident since 2015 and prior to that had lived in Fairfield Township and Bridgeton. Before her retirement, she had been employed in the Bridgeton Public School System in the Dietary Department at the Buckshutem Road School and the Woodruff Schools. Before that she had been employed with the Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Bridgeton. Patricia enjoyed making soups and had a “Green Thumb” when it came to caring for plants. She is survived by four daughters, Mary Catherine Robinson of Fairfield Township, Betty Kaiser of Bridgeton, Pamela Bhendwal (Sanjay) of Pittsgrove and Brenda Gravley of Fairfield Township; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and three sisters, Barbara Holder, Cheryl Ann Hewitt and Lorraine DeChristoforo. She was predeceased by a sister, Bernadette Overstreet and a brother, Thomas Glass. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
