Obituary of Bruce A. Cheeseman

Bruce A. “Boobo” Cheeseman, 48, RC plane enthusiast, motorcyclist and ultimate gentleman of Cedarville passed unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 the result of injuries he sustained in an accident at work. Bruce was born in Bridgeton and raised in Cedarville. He was employed at Timberlane Welding in Mullica Hill for the past 20 years and was an exceptional welder and mechanic. There was no engine he could not fix. Bruce was passionate about many things including motorcycles, fishing, and the outdoors. But above all else he was an avid flyer of RC planes. He loved spending his life with Lisa, Gizmo, family and friends. He was a member of the Jersey Sky Devils and South Jersey R/C Society. He held the position of Vice President of the Jersey Sky Devils. Bruce was loved by everyone who met him. Selflessness and generosity were two traits that highlighted his personality and he touched the lives of everyone he met. His love of flying RC planes is directly connected to the way he lived his life, the sky’s the limit-there are no limits and anything is possible. Bruce believed that you can achieve anything if you really want to. He was predeceased by his mother, Alice A. Taylor; his paternal grandparents, Alberta and Anthony Taylor and his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Drucilla Cheeseman. He is survived by the love of his life and partner/companion of over 20 years, Lisa Labrusciano; his best buddy of 9 years, Gizmo; his father, Bruce Taylor; his sister, Alice Johnson; his nephew, Daniel Hayes; Goddaughter, Raylynn Santiago; Lisa’s family members; many friends who comprised his extended family and loved him deeply; his best friend Lester “Rusty” Tomlinson and his aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Thursday, June 23rd at 11:00 AM.
