Obituary of Elaine Bennett

Elaine “Mary” Bennett, 90, of Bridgeton passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.
Born in Afton, NY, she was the daughter of the late Hector Wilber and the wife of the late Alfred A. Bennett. She had been a Bridgeton resident since 1971 and had lived in Vineland prior to that.
Before her retirement, Elaine had been employed at the Cumberland Manor as a Nurse’s Assistant for over 20 years.
She had also been actively involved with the Eagles Lodge in Bridgeton, The Elks Lodge in Deerfield Township, the V.F.W. and the American Legion.
Surviving are her three children, Patrick T. Rafferty of PA, Kelly S. Taylor of Bridgeton and Jack E. Rafferty of VA along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two children, Michael Rafferty and Mary Webb.
Memorial services will be held at a future date to be set by the family.
