Obituary of Violet F Brown

Violet F. Brown, 60, of Fairfield Twp. passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton to Lorraine J. Collins Brown and the late Edgar Brown, Jr., she had been a resident of Fairfield Twp. since 1984 and before that she had resided in Bridgeton. Violet had been previously employed at Easter Seals in Millville and the AIMS Training Center in Vineland. She was a former member of Crusaders for Christ Ministries in Bridgeton and a current member of New Covenant Living Faith Ministries in Vineland. Violet was an avid pro wrestling fan and her favorite wrestler was John Cena. In her free time, she loved to do word search puzzles, go shopping, tend to her daughter, Michelle's birds and listen to gospel music especially Juanita Bynum, Rance Allen and Paul S. Wharton. Her family described her as a funny person who always made them laugh. She is survived by; her daughter, Michelle Brown of Fairfield Twp.; her mother, Lorraine J. Brown of Fairfield Twp.; her siblings, Antionette Marshall of Worcester, MA, Carmen Brown of Fairfield Twp., Gordon Brown of Millville, Chandra Brown of Bridgeton, Yvette Avillan of Maple Shade, Dawn Muringani of Mullica Hill, Guy Erik Brown of Metropolis, IL and Kiyonna Brown of Bridgeton and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar J. Brown. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, February 3rd at 2 PM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 1 PM to 2 PM prior to the services.
