James M. Stratton Jr., 66, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Inspira Hospital in Vineland.
Born in Bridgeton to the late James M. Stratton Sr. and Dorothy Richey Stratton he was the husband of Teresa Griner Stratton. He had been a resident of southern New Jersey all of his life.
James retired in 2020 from Ardagh, formerly Leones in Bridgeton, prior to that he had been employed by Owens Illinois up until their closing. In his free time, he enjoyed metal detecting on the beach, gardening and working in his yard.
He is survived by; his wife Teresa Stratton; his sister, Judy Higgins-Stratton (Mark); numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by; his parents James Sr. and Dorothy Stratton, and his brother, John Stratton.
