Peggy A. Palmer, 53, of Millville passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton to the late Elton Holden and Brenda DeSheilds Holden, she was the wife of the late Willie Palmer and the companion of Casey Martin for 20 years. She had been a resident of Millville for the past 15 years and before that she had resided in Bridgeton. Peggy had been employed by Amcor Plastics in Millville and had been previously employed at the Vineland Developmental Center. Peggy enjoyed her work and spending time with her family. She also loved to dine out at her favorite restaurant the Texas Road House. She is survived by; her children, Willie Palmer of Millville, LaSarah Todd of Millville and Shamayra Todd of Bridgeton; her companion of 20 years, Casey Martin of Millville; her brothers, Elton Rainner, Glen Holden and Elton Holden, Jr.; her sisters, Helen Gumby, Cynthia Stratton, Brenda Holden, Olivia Rainner and Monica and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at John Wesley United Methodist Church, 90 Matthew Brown Way (Baltimore Ave.), Bridgeton on Saturday, January 8th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
