Bridgeton resident Bernadette “Betty” (nee McMahon) Radcliffe passed away December 21, 2021 with her beloved husband Joe of 36 years by her side. She was born to Thomas McMahon and the late Bernadette (nee Burns) McMahon on February 22, 1960 and was raised in Centerton, NJ. Betty was a graduate of Salisbury University and made her living working in the field of graphic design and printing in Vineland, New Jersey. Betty enjoyed gardening and bird watching in her backyard sanctuary. She was also an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2127 and served as Past Madam President. Surviving Betty is her husband Joe Radcliffe, her father Thomas McMahon, and her bonus-children Roxanne Radcliffe-Rountree of Murrieta, CA and Joe Radcliffe, Jr. of Bridgeton, NJ. Surviving siblings include Joan West, Tom “Fritz” McMahon (Cheryl), James McMahon (Joanne), Ken McMahon (Laurie) and Chris McMahon (Barbara). Betty’s sister Patricia “Pat” Smith (nee McMahon) preceded her in death in 2017. Betty was adored by many bonus grandchildren who lovingly called her BetBet. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive her. Betty loved her family very much and would have celebrated her 37th wedding anniversary on New Years Eve. Per her wishes, there will be no public services or burial. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie #2127 at 100 Cohansey Street, Bridgeton NJ 08302.
