Mary B. Tisa, 65, of Maurice River Township passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Millville, she was the wife of David A. Tisa, Sr. and the daughter of the Mary Stites Beakley and the late Charles Beakley. She had lived in Maurice River Township since 1977 and had resided in Millville prior to that. A graduate of the Millville High School Class of 1974, Mary had formerly been employed with the U.S. Postal Service at the Dorchester Post Office. She loved time spent at the boardwalk in Ocean City and at the beach in Stone Harbor. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her two children, Veronica Shehan (Michael) and David A. Tisa, Jr.(Madeliyn) all of Millville and her three grandchildren, Kylie Dittus (Adam), Zachary Shehan and Carson Shehan. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Wednesday, November 3rd at 3:30 PM. A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:30 PM prior to the services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in Mary’s memory be made to the Cumberland County SPCA, 1244 North Delsea Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360.
